Lead Pastors
Dana & Brigette Metcalf are from Arizona, USA, and have been involved in the Pastoral Ministry for 30+ years. Their love for missions is evident as they have disciplined leaders, planted churches, and now serve as Senior Pastors of International Christian Assembly in Bangkok, Thailand. They are both Ordained with the Assemblies of God. Pastor Dana has a Masters degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University, and Pastor Brigette is a graduate of Evangel University. They have two sons, Jamin and Jenson, who are both serving in leadership roles within their local church.
Homeless Ministry Director
Art, an anointed Thai pastor & translator for ICA, effectively communicates the Gospel in her native language. She leads ICA outreaches and has a Humanities and English degree from anointed Thai leader & translator. With experience in ministry and facilitating teams from the US, she is a valuable asset to ICA.
Youth Pastor
Betty is a world-class youth pastor and truly cares for the ICA Teens. She is also a teacher here in Bangkok and recently received her ordination from Bible College! Her credentials include: Honors Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, Masters in Business Administration (Major International Business Management) and Diploma in Pastoral and Charismatic Leadership Studies.
Executive Pastor & Banner Worship Pastor
Brandon & Rachel Powell are both ordained ministers with the Assemblies of God and serve with a heart for discipleship, worship, and strengthening the local church. Brandon brings leadership, preaching, pastoral care, and ministry development experience, helping equip believers and support church growth through teaching and team leadership. Rachel leads with a passion for worship and creative ministry, helping cultivate environments where people can encounter God through authentic praise and Spirit-led worship. Together, they are committed to serving families, raising up leaders, and advancing the Gospel through relational ministry and practical support to churches and outreach efforts.
Filipino Pastors
Pastor Dick Omaguing, born-again at 18, studied theology and biblical studies while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (major in Accounting). At 25, he started his first church, leading to over 10 churches across different provinces in the Philippines. Ordained as an Assembly of God minister, he was sent to Thailand in 2009 to reach out to Shan refugees in Chiangrai. In 2014, Pastor Dick relocated to Bangkok and began attending ICA church.
Office Manager
Sucheera has faithfully served as the office administrator for more than two decades and is an essential part of the ministry team. With years of experience, dedication, and attention to detail, she helps keep the church and daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes. From administration and organization to supporting ministry teams and church activities, her steady leadership and servant-hearted commitment have made a lasting impact on the church community.
ICA Accountant
Praneet (Pi Praneet) keep our books clean! She and her family love serving in the church. You may see her daughter in the Thai translation booth from time to time. She loves cute things, getting lunch, and an organized budget!
Banner Language Center Director
Kae is originally from Gobabis, Namibia and has been living in Thailand for many years now, serving at ICA. He has a wealth of experience leading English camps throughout Thailand, and now oversees the Banner Language Center to provide an opportunity for our church to meet a tangible need in our community.
Media & Sealed.Life Co-Director
Shelby is from California, USA and is currently serving at ICA as a media director and ministry director for Sealed.Life ministry. Her fashion and creative skillsets our a huge blessing and resource for the entire ICA team!
Prayer & Soul Care
Pastors Derek and Katyee Schmidly and their awesome three children came to Thailand to serve in 2023. They are passionate about seeing people break spiritual chains through deliverance ministry, and the spiritual freedom program: Soul Care.
